Terms of Use

By downloading or using my mods, you agree to the following:

Allowed Actions

• Upscale or commission upscales of my work for personal body sizes or shapes.
• Make personal edits of any kind (diffuse edits, texture edits, 3D adjustments, etc.).

Prohibited Actions

• Reposting my work anywhere, at any time.
• Selling my work in any form.
• Porting my work to other games without direct permission.
• Using my mods in hateful, graphic, or illegal content
No kids, no "kittens", no lolis or shota.
• Using, editing, or upscaling my mods for NSFW fetish content or fetish body types.TLDR: Please be respectful of my work.

Commissioners & Upscalers

You may upscale my mods without direct permission.For Posting Those Upscales:
• Free mods must be free
• Textures may be included
• YOU MUST at bare minimum credit me in the description, preferably your title.You may accept paid commissions involving my mods at any price your time is worth, but you may not sell those upscales on public storefronts (Ko-Fi, Gumroad, Patreon, personal stores, etc.).

• $100 per item (Top, Legs, Shoes, Gloves, Hat, Weapon)
• Commission total caps at $500(Additional costs discussed before work begins.)

Payment

• PayPal & Ko-Fi only
• Payment is collected after completion but before file delivery

Turnaround Time

• Typical completion: 1–3 weeks
• Deadlines may shift (but you will always be notified if that happens)

• 2 revision requests allowed
• Unlimited bug fixes

Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you agree:
• Failure to pay or chargeback abuse forfeits your mod to my discretion of use; to be posted as a paid public mod, free mod, or deleted forever.
• I reserve the right to deny requests too extensive for me to complete
•You agree to any and all terms listed in the TERMS OF USE for my general mod usage.
